human soup
So as most of you know, I'm not the most slick person on the planet. I am usually the one to walk into a low branch or into a parking meter because I'm not up with the whole"looking where im going" thing. So two days ago I was walking down my brothers front steps and i fell. Yup, picture it, i fell down the stairs. Not all of the stairs but the last couple. It was one of those things where you are walking then all of a sudden you on the ground and it takes you a minute to get over the pain of your foot but then you cant help but laugh because really, who the hell falls down the stairs, assholes. assholes fall down the stairs. So, I hit the bottom and my foot rolled to the side allowing for the rest of my body to give out and also bite the pavement. I coldnt help but just get up and laugh at my concentrated absurdity. This all happened as i was heading to Kristas car to spend the next couple of days at the Oakwood Apartments where the Emerson LA program is (and where Krista lives). So i hobbled to her car, she said i looked like a ballerina because my hair was up, but remember when i gracefully fell down the stairs? yeah, not a ballerina. So Krista, our friend Ian and I went to the grove and walked around then drove into Beverly hills to find famous people, alas, none. Ian said he would make us dinner so, we headed back to the Oakwoods and had delicious marinated chicken with tomato and fresh mozarella cheese. Ok, ready for jealousy? After dinner we went into the hot tub, it was amazing. I dont hink i'd been in a hot tub in like 2 years, its a great thing, but also if you think about it, a lot like human soup. That night, back in the room we watched anchorman, which was very funny. Talked to my boy then to bed. Thank you California for the 80 degree weather.
